Police told to attach Sara

shopping centre

19 May 2003, 2350 hrs IST,TNN

MUMBAI: A special court on Monday directed the Mumbai police to attach the Sara shopping centre, allegedly owned by underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Meanwhile, the BMC moved the court urging for demolition of the illegal shopping centre.

Sources said the crime branch was also keen on the demolition. The popular shopping centre, comprising 370 shops selling imported mobile phones, electronic gadgets, perfumes, watches, lamps and toys, is across the road from the city police headquarters.

The groundplus-one shopping centre is situated on a 2,865 square yard plot belonging to the Central Public Works Department (CPWD). The plot was purchased by Abdul Rehman and Abdul Radhanpur, both believed to be Dawood’s frontmen.

The two along with Dawood’s brother Iqbal Kaskar have been booked under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). The attachment order was given by designated MCOCA judge A. P. Bhangale on an application moved by assistant commisioner Shanker Kamble of the crime branch.

Senior inspector Naresh Talavlikar of Azad maidan police station has been appointed as court receiver of the shopping centre. He will make a list of moveable and immoveable properties and submit a report to the court on June 2.

The court also directed BMC chief engineer J S Sane of the building proposal department to help the court receiver in making a sketch of the attached properties. Defence lawyer Waris Pathan said, “The court has asked the owners of the shopping centre to file a reply in the case by June 2. Our contention is that the property has been genuinely acquired by Abdul Rehman and Abdul Radhanpur.’’

But a senior police officer said, “We have taped telephonic conversations between the duo and Iqbal Kaskar, who was then in
Dubai. Kaskar had ordered the two men to forcibly evict tenants from the plot and bribe civic officials for constructing the shopping centre.’’

The officer addeed, “The shops at Sara shopping centre have been illegally sold to various persons for huge pecuniary gains to the organised crime syndicate.’’

The famous Birla temple patronized by Mahatma Gandhi, who inaugurated this temple in 1938 after Raja Baldev Birla constructed it, is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi. It is close to Connaught Place and is frequented by many devotees regularly. The temple was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi on the condition that people of all strata of society be allowed to offer prayers there on account of the large scale prevalence of untouchability at that time. One of the most important festivals of the Hindus Janamashtami coinciding with the birth of Lord Krishna is celebrated with great fervour in the temple with more than lakh visitors. At the entrance is a plaque welcoming people of all faiths and religions. Durga and Shiva are the other major deities housed in this temple. There is also a temple dedicated to Buddha in this complex with fresco paintings describing his life and work. The entire complex, the walls and the upper gallery are full of paintings carried out by artists from Jaipur in Rajasthan. The rear of the temple is developed as an artificial mountainous landscape with fountains and waterfalls.

Samuel Bourne (1834–24 April 1912) was a British photographer known for his work in India.

Samuel Bourne was born into an old farming family, at Arbour Farm, Mucklestone, Shropshire in 1834. After being educated by a clergyman near Fairburn, he secured a job with Moore and Robinson's Bank, Nottingham in 1855.

He initially set up in partnership with an already established Calcutta photographer, William Howard. They moved up to Simla, where they established a new studio ‘Howard & Bourne’, to be joined in 1864 by Charles Shepherd, to form ‘Howard, Bourne & Shepherd’; which would, by 1866 after the departure of Howard, become ‘Bourne & Shepherd’, under which name, it became the premier photographic studio in India, and is still trading in Calcutta today; perhaps the world’s oldest photographic business. Charles Shepherd evidently remained in Simla, to carry out the commercial and portrait studio work, and to supervise the printing and marketing of Bourne’s landscape and architectural studies, whilst Bourne was away traveling around the sub-continent.

Bourne spent six extremely productive years in India, and by the time he had returned to England in January 1871, he had made approximately 2,200 fine images of the landscape and architecture of India and the Himalayas. Working primarily with a 10x12 inch plate camera, and using the complicated and laborious Wet Plate Collodion process, the impressive body of work he produced was always of superb technical quality and often of artistic brilliance. His ability to create superb photographs whilst travelling in the remotest areas of the Himalayas and working under the most exacting physical conditions, places him firmly amongst the very finest of nineteenth century travel photographers.

On 29th July 1863, he left Simla on the first of his three major Himalayan photographic expeditions. With a retinue of some 30 porters to carry his equipment, he travelled across the Simla Hills to Chini, in the Valley of the River Sutlej, 160 miles north-east of Simla, and spent some time photographing in the Chini-Sutlej River area, before heading up to the borders of Spiti, and returning to Simla on 12th October 1863, with 147 fine negatives.

In the following year, Bourne set out on another major trip, this time a nine month trip to Kashmir. Leaving Lahore on 17 March, he journeyed north-east to Kangra and from there, via Byjnath, Holta, Dharmsala and Dalhousie, to Chamba. From there, he went on to Kashmir, arriving on the borders on 8 June and by the middle of the month had reached the Chenab Valley. The following weeks were spent photographing the scenery of Kashmir before proceeding to Srinagar, where he stopped for some weeks, sight seeing and photographing before continuing his journey on 15 September. The return journey took in the Sind Valley, Baramula, Murree, Delhi and Cawnpore (now Kanpur) before arriving in Lucknow on Christmas Eve 1864.

Bourne settled back in Nottingham, where he founded a cotton-doubling business, in partnership with his brother-in-law J.B. Tolley. Some time shortly after his return to England, he sold off his interests in Bourne and Shepherd studios, and from then on, had nothing more to do with commercial photography; however his archive of some 2,200 glass plate negatives remained with the studio, and were constantly re-printed and sold, over the following 140 years, until their eventual destruction, in a fire at Bourne & Shepherd’s present studio in Calcutta, on February 6th 1991.News article included.Later that year Rajiv ji was also killed most heinously.

He became a very successful and prosperous Nottingham businessman; founding the Britannia Cotton Mills, and becoming a local magistrate. Although continuing to photograph as a relaxation, and belonging to the local Photographic Society, much of his creative energy from this time onwards was devoted to water-colour painting. He died in Nottingham on 24th April 1912.

Bourne is justly regarded as one of the finest landscape and travel photographers of 19th century India; combining a fine eye for composition with high technical expertise. He wrote extensively about his travels in the Himalayas (one of the very few photographers in India to do so), in a long series of letters, which appeared in The British Journal of Photography, between 1863 and 1870.

The Tara Mata Temple and office which was built at the Nigam Bodh Ghat by the Birlas are all very important for the Hindus as well as the ancient Samadhis of great leaders beside it ,especially Mahatma Gandhi who is significant also for the Birla temple .Please read:-

It is a great injustice that inspite of Gandhiji devoting his life to Hindu religion as well as the cause of the Harijans ,his Samadhi should be now subjected to such cruelty as a filthy Yamuna river full of pollutants from nearby Industries and a Nigam Bodh Ghat devoid of all Hindu religion. Please see the photos.I had also submitted an appeal in the form of a letter to the Justice Shri Satya Brata Sinha Ji of India dated 10th October 2007 as follows:-

Subject:-Spiritual ,Social and Ethnic Commitment/Responsibility of the House of Birlas to the Hindus since 1930 and my interest arising out of the upkeep of the Nigam Bodh Ghat Delhi, wherein exists a magnificent temple of Shri Kali Maata made by the Birlas in 2026[VS]

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I am preparing a petition on behalf of Sanatan Hindu Dharma for the up keep of Nigam Bodh Ghat which has been severely desecrated by the Arya Samaj and far removed from the Mokhsha Principle that it was made to endorse. Please see the photographs submitted to know that the ghats are filthy, devoid of any religion and severely side lined. It is as if it was not important to lead a good God Fearing life, for the end is going to be filthy.

On the other side are sheds ,enclosed green lawns and a beautiful temple made by the Birlas in Vikram Samvat 2026 ,for worshipping Goddess Kali ,who not only imparts Mokhsha to human beings ,but also guarantees a powerful rebirth. Please see the write ups enclosed. They are from Gita Press , Gorakhpur publications.

It is also very important that there exists the Samadhis of the eternally worshipping Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi ji,

Rajeev Gandhiji , Indira Gandhi ji, Nehruji as well as many other noble souls who worked for their nation , imbibing nationalist patriotic principles apart from their commitment to pure Sanatan Hinduism,on the banks of the Yamuna adjacent to the Nigam Bodh Ghat for all Hindus. The majority of the people are very religious and it is a serious infringement on their rights of departing from this world in such a filthy Ghat. This; when there exists such a pure temple in the Nigam Bodh Ghat made by the Birlas, the entire vicinity of which has been closed by political and terror outfits as there is a plaque of late Shri Deen Dayal Upadhyaya ji born on 25th September 1916 of the Jan Sangh –the birth party of the Bhartiya Janata Party. Please see the scans of pictures enclosed ,wherein an office ,an entire row of seating places ,water shed as well as place of cremation exists ,with sprawling gardens and provision for Mokhsha and salvation for the soul ; a huge Kali Mata temple ,courtesy the philanthropic endeavors of the Birlas ,all of which lie in a sorry state of disuse ,neglect and terror endeavors of the non-idol worshippers. They have legally colluded to even get the existing temples on the working cremation grounds demolished ; as well as there is a weird looking Samadhi devoid of all Hindu religious symbols, looking like a grave.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Destruction_of_Idol_Temples

Conversion of non-Muslim houses of worship into mosques began during the life of Muhammad and continued during subsequent Islamic conquests and under the Muslim rule. As a result, numerous churches, synagogues, Zoroastrian and Hindu temples became mosques.”

The place should resound with the chanting of the Bhagvad Gita and the Garuda Purana ,but very ridiculous songs keep playing there which sound like sufi hymns. There should be a place where the head priest of the supposedly Hindu Cremation grounds should have an office as well as regular chanting of peace mantras by the devout Brahmins. But the main cremation grounds of the Hindus are in a sorry state of Decay through disuse and do not look or give the orientation of a Hindu cremation ground.

Please see the article enclosed on the main patriarch saint of the Birla empire

Getting to know G.D. Birla

Financial Daily from THE HINDU group of publications
Monday, May 12, 2003

N. S. Vageesh Shri Ghanshyam Das "GD" Birla (April 10, 1894 - January 11, 1983) was an Indian businessman and member of the Birla Family business house.

Birla's grandfather Shiv Narayana Birla wanted to diversify from the traditional marwari business of lending money against pawned items. He left Pilani, his hometown in Rajasthan with a modest capital to Bombay to establish a business in cotton dealership. The venture was successful and he came back to Pilani to build a huge mansion (or Haveli), which still stands by the name Birla Haveli.

Please also see their philanthropic endeavors in Maihar ,Satna ,Madhya Pradesh-the seat of the Goddess of Learning in India –Sharda Mata. They have not only contributed since time immemorial ,endorsed by my Late Father Shri Jagdish Chandra Dhody ,son of Ordnance Finance Accounts Military Officer ,Mr.Nathushah Dhody towards the upkeep of the temple and superb security ,but also to the spirit and cultural sanctity of the place. It is not easy to walk on the path of righteousness and Dharma and those who do so are cherished by posterity.

Please see the scans submitted show the vandalism and criminal nexus with organized crime of the Arya Samaj ,who are managing the Nigam Bodh Ghats presently.

If A crime has been commited under a veiled religious context ,Clause 45 of the Indian Evidence Act of 1872 –“Opinion of Experts” can be utilized to explore the religious under tones and experts called upon.Similarly if a will is being contested that it should fulfill the moral and social obligations of one’s ancestors ,the Court should give explicit decision monitoring such a cause;for a trust.

Please also see that the spirits of our ancestors will be deeply hurt in these days of Shradha ,if we do not live up to their expectations and the path showed by them.

The Indian sub Continent is a treasure house of values which should be maintained as such.Any religion which crosses the social commitment to humanitarian values and starts terrorism /vandalism in the name of religion can be restrained by the dictates of our Constitution. Please also see with reference to the Article 25 of the Constitution that the Sikhs are allowed to keep arms as symbols of their faith. But the arms should just act as symbols and should be harmlessly small as otherwise they are not only used for criminal intimidation , but also being used to kill and create terror .Please refer to cases as follows.

AIR 1991 SC -1-to-1152

Brathi alias Sukhdev Singh Appellant vs State of Punjab Respondent

Pages 318 to 326 especially 320 last underlined para as follows

Quote:-

“As is clear from the prosecution case, the appellant along with Teja Singh attacked the deceased sharing common intention in a planned manner with deadly weapons like KRIPANS AND THE INJURIES GIVEN ON HIS PERSON WERE ON THE VITAL PART.”

Herein lies my justification of not only misuse of religious symbols but also religion, which should be seriously curbed as it crosses the bounds of social context of Article 26 of the constitution.

Please also see that Religion is also used to kill great leaders /officers ;if they try to curb terrorism and ill use of same.

Please refer to:-

KEHAR SINGH VS STATE OF DELHI SC AIR-1988 Volume 75(2) pages 1153 to 2288

Pages 1956 and 1957

Wherein the learned judge will find the answer as to how terrorism is maintained and has far reaching implications .

Such things can only be curbed by prayers and peace endeavors of peaceful religions who only use arms for the protection of humanity and annihilation of evil ,not on women and children, innocents and for crime. The criminal use of arms legally sanctioned by a religion and constitution and the terror preached by a book called Koran wherein a Calcutta Koran petition[1985] was filed by Chandan Mal Chopra and Sita Ram Goel, needs to be restrained by the courts. Please refer to excerpts from Koran submitted. The preachings of the holy book or tenets of a particular religion are for their own believers and should not be imposed on other religions.. Please try to reform your own unbelievers and

smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them." 008.012
YUSUFALI:

I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger”

I call upon the honorable Supreme Court to intervene on the matter and take requisite steps to not only restrain the criminal Activities of a particular religion but also impart justice to peaceful religions as well as the powerful business Houses who are engaged in philanthropic social and religious work, for spiritual redemption and peace.

Please see that I am appearing as an intervenor in the Manu Sharma case –Criminal Appeal 179/2007 as well as preparing a writ petition for the abolishment of the killer archaic Act of 1937 propounded by the Britishers and the Arya Samaj for destroying the fabric of Indian Culture ,ethos and spirit.

Mothers are worshipped in monogamous Sanatan Hinduism and any religion which tries to kill them should be restrained. The peaceful and philanthropic endeavors of a religion as well as the business houses like the Birlas needs to be endorsed and strengthened.

Thanking You,

Mamta Dhody Kalra

CORPORATE FEUD

SC quashes Lodha’s plea on criminal proceedings

Lodha must go: Birlas

DH News Service Kolkata:

“R S Lodha should quit forthwith, not only as an executor, but from all companies of M P Birla group and also all trusts and institutions, now that there is no scope for further appeal,” N G Khaitan, senior counsel for Birlas, told repoters here after the verdict delivered by the apex court earlier in the day.

Its really shocking that an empire built brick by brick should lie in the hands of an outsider.Mr.Lodha has done an unpardonable sin by even thinking of ruling the roaster of the Birla Scions. The M.P. Birla empire belongs to Birlas, above everyone.

I have submitted a synopsis on Forensic psychology at the Delhi University and inspite of its utility, have got a very low response, due to personal misgivings by some persons. However I present a short account of same for posterity.

Forensic Psychology can be a useful tool for this as it challenges not only the circumstances under which the will was made but also the competency of the bequeathing authority.

Substituted Judgement-Roles for the Forensic Psychologist.

Substitution for prior judgement.-Wills and other “advance directives” (such as “living “ wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care surrogacies) are means by which individuals attempt to ensure that their wishes will be followed in future. When the time comes to implement the instrument in question,it may also become necessary to determine whether, at the time of execution, the person’s capacity was so lacking that the judgement of others must now be substituted.

Forensic psychological assessment of prior judgement is sought at two distinct stages:during the development and execution of a guiding document and subsequent to the individual’s demise or incapacity. The first stage is designed to ensure that ,in effect, judgement is never “substituted”.The second stage involves a determination of whether valid judgement was ever exercised or expressed at all.

The various stands which now become mandatory are determining:-

1.Cognitive functioning at the time of executing the will.

2.Medication which might have interfered with logical abstract thinking.

3.If any video recording was made.

4.Assessment of Senile Dementia.

5.Psychopathology causing depression due to weak nature of the willing party, core competency, and other public and private documents reflecting the personality of the deceased party.

6.Whether willing party Understood the meaning of drafting a will, at the time of execution.

7.An evaluation of forced seclusion or alienation from society at the time of making the will.

8.So called well-wishers (Lodhas)surrounding the deceased with false promises and deceit.

Please also see that the Birlas have always endorsed patriotic endeavors and being from an army officers’ family ,I know how commited they are to the Unity and integrity of India apart from their religious philanthropic work which forms a part of imbuing mental strength to the masses of India.

I visited the Pusa Road Cremation grounds and was shocked to see that the ancient temple below the Bargad tree is in a sorry state of neglect and is not even being attended by a proper Hindu priest.

Please see the plaque of ownership of a Mr.Radheshyam Sharma on its walls showing that it was once a good temple.

Please see the scans of photos taken as well as the responsibility of the Birlas for the Upkeep of the Nigam Bodh Ghat ;Tara Mata Temple,as well as the Pusa Road temple;beneath the Bargad tree..Photos submitted.

I would also be bringing the same facts in the eyes of the Supreme Court as a continuation to the 15-5.2007 Petition on Vishnu Temple as well as the letter about Birlas rights usurped by Lohdas dated 10th October 2007.

Thanking You

Yours faith fully,

To,

The Registrar,

Letter Petition Department

Supreme Court Of India

Tilak Nagar ; New Delhi. Dated 16-5-2008.

Sir,

It is my humble request that you please retain in your department my letter petition filed on 15-5-2007 ,regarding Hindu rights for prayers of Garuda Puraan in the Vishnu Temple ; demolished before Independence ; and the land ownership disputable.

I am preparing a Civil Writ petition on same and have valid proof of same to be presented to court.I would like to include this petition too as part of the proceedings.

Please see that this petition also forms a part of my intervention in the Jessica Lal murder case where heinous terrorism has been inflicted by killers of organized crime implicating innocent 22 year .1977 born, Siddhartha Manu Sharma to oust Mr.Vinod Sharma from Congress seat and settle political scores.

My endeavors are for peace in this area ; as this case if not settled properly will have massive implications for the internal and external security of the country.

Previously all the peaceful endeavors were being taken up by Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee Ji ;who has been taken ill and predisposed to rest and recuperate.

Please also see that I have also put in an appeal to the Birla Mandir Trust on 13-5-2008 ;to reconstruct the Vishnu Temple there as they represent Mahatma Gandhi’s zeal to welcome one and all in the temple ; as also guaranteed by the Constitution of India. The endeavor is to bring peace to Delhi as also establish Delhi in its original Pandavas orientation of Swargya Rohini,as evident from the inscription in Brahmi Script on the Garudha Stambh- Iron Pillar ; and 1903 translation on the walls of demolished temples .

Please accede to this humble request as also the fact that my petition has International implications as well as peace and prosperity for the Country.Thanking You.

Papers enclosed for verification as in criminal appeal 179 of 2007 ,intervention for Mr.Manu Siddhartha Sharma.

UK police plan Kashmir outpost
Indian soldier on patrol in Srinagar
The separatist campaign in Kashmir makes it one of the world's danger hotspots
A British police force reportedly plans to set up a station in Indian-administered Kashmir.

West Midlands police claim the new base in Kashmir's capital Srinagar is needed to pursue fugitives who commit crimes in the UK and flee to Kashmir, the Sunday Telegraph says.

If it goes ahead it is believed it will be the first British police outpost in the world.

The force says the station could be a more effective use of the money spent sending detectives between the UK and Kashmir.

But the plan has attracted criticism for aiming to relocate officers to one of the world's most dangerous regions.

More than 500,000 people in the UK are thought to have family links to Kashmir.

'Improving standards'

The newspaper says more than 170 Indian police officers have died there since 1989 in the ongoing campaign by Kashmiris seeking either independence or unification with Pakistan.

However, Sergeant Asghar Shah - the officer behind the scheme - told the newspaper having officers stationed in Kashmir would help tackle murders and financial crimes committed in the UK but linked to the region.

One West Midlands detective has travelled to the region three or four times this year, he said, at a cost of about £5,000 a time.

The station, which would cost about £200,000 to set up and run for a year, would be more cost effective, said Sgt Shah.

It would be manned by up to 28 officers, about half of whom would be British and the rest seconded from Indian forces.

'Desperate local need'

But shadow home secretary Oliver Letwin was dubious.

"One obviously welcomes any initiative to improve law enforcement but it is sad to think that the West Midlands police have to use policemen who are desperately needed in local streets to man an office in Kashmir," he told the paper.

A spokesman for the Indian police welcomed the idea.

Kālidāsa (Devanāgarī: कालिदास) was a renowned Sanskrit poet and dramatist, author of Meghadūta, Abhijñānashākuntala and Kumārasambhava , among other well-known works. His place in Sanskrit literature is the same as that of Shakespeare in English. Such has been his fame that works not of his writing, such as Nalodaya and Shrutabodha, have also been attributed to him.[1] His plays and poetry were primarily based on Hindu mythology and philosophy. Kālidāsa is a Sanskrit name which means servant (dasa) of the goddess Kali.
Scholars have speculated that Kālidāsa may have lived either near the Himalayas or in the vicinity of Ujjain. The two speculations are based respectively on Kālidāsa's detailed description of the Himalayas in his Kumārasambhava and the display of his love for Ujjain in Meghadūta.

Poetry

Kālidāsa is the author of two epic poems, Raghuvamsa ("Dynasty of Raghu") and Kumārasambhava ("Birth of Kumāra"). Among his lyric poems are Meghadūta ("Cloud Messenger") and Ṛtusamhāra ("The Exposition on the Seasons").

  • Surendra Verma's Hindi play "Athavan Sarga," published in 1976, is based on the legend that Kālidāsa could not complete his epic "Kumārasambhava" because he was cursed by the goddess Pārvati, for obscene descriptions of her conjugal life with Lord Shiva in the eighth canto. The play depicts Kālidāsa as a court poet of Chandragupta who faces a trial on the insistence of a priest and some other moralists of his time.
  • "Asti Kashchid Vagarthiyam", a five act play written by Krishna Kumar in Sanskrit, was first published in 1984. The story depicts a variation of the popular legend that, prior to attaining fame, Kālidāsa was mentally challenged and his wife was responsible for his transformation. Kālidāsā, a mentally handicapped woodcutter, is married to Vidyottamā, a learned princess, through a conspiracy of two scholars who had been defeated by her in a discussion of the scriptures. On discovering that she has been tricked, Vidyottamā first banishes Kālidāsa and then relents, asking him to acquire scholarship and fame if he desires to continue the relationship. She further stipulates that on his return he will have to answer the question, Asti Kashchid Vāgārthah" ("Is there anything special in expression?"), to her satisfaction. In due course, Kālidāsa attains knowledge and fame as a poet. To prove himself to Vidyottamā, the opening verses of his works, Kumārsambhava, Raghuvansha and Meghaduta, begin with the words Asti ("there is"), Kashchit ("something") and Vāk ("expression.")
WOMEN IN HINDUISM

Kumarasambhava or Kumaarasambhavam (Sanskrit: कुमारसंभवः) is an epic poem written by the Hindu poet Kalidas. Kumarasambhava means the birth of Kartikeya, Shiva's first son. This epic of seventeen sargas (or chapters) entails Shringar Rasa, the rasa of love, romance, and eroticism, more than Vira rasa (the rasa of Heroism). Tarakasur, a rakshasha (or demon) was blessed that he could be killed by none other than Lord Shiva's son, however, Shiva had won over Kama (or the desire to make love). Parvathi performed great tapasya (or spiritual penance) to win the love of Lord Shiva. Consequently, Shiva and Parvati's son Kartikeya is born and kills Tarakasur to restore the glory of Indra, the king of Gods.

Kalidas had left his home in pursuit of knowledge and to become worthy of his intellectual wife Vidyotama. When he returned from this conquest, his wife asked, "Asti Kashchit Wagvisheshah" (translated: Have you attained any evident erudition which should prompt me to extend a special welcome to you?) Kalidas impressed his wife with the answer she expected and over next few years created three great epics based on the three letters uttered by his wife: 'Asti' - Kumarsambhava, 'Kashchit' - Meghaduta, and 'Wagvisheshah' - Raghuvamsha. It is said that Kalidas was cursed with leprosy when he completed the eighth sarga describing the act of love between Lord Shiva and Parvati. Some also believe that the rest of the epic was completed by an eponymous writer.

Dayanand Saraswati Biography

Born: 1824
Died: 1883

Swami Dayanand Saraswati's original name was Mool Shankar Tiwari. He was born in 1824 in Tankara, Gujarat .Dayanand Saraswati founded Arya Samaj in Mumbai in 1875 to promote social service. Arya Samaj, postulates in principle equal justice for all men and all nations, together with equality of the sexes. In course of his travels he came to Kashi (Benaras). Here he took part in a debate with the scholars of Kashi. The question was whether the Vedas approved image worship. On the one side was Swami Dayananda all alone; on the other side were twenty-seven distinguished scholars of Kashi.

Due to his radical thought, Swami Dayanand had acquired enemies from all spheres of life. On the occasion of Deepavali in 1883, he was a guest of the maharaja of Jodhpur. The king was a womanizer and Dayanand advised the king to lead a righteous life as a ruler, upsetting a mistress by the name of Nanhi Jan. One day when the Maharaja and this woman were together, Dayananda happened upon them. Seeing them together, Dayananda boldly reprimanded the Maharaja thus, "Oh King, what is this I see? A lion in the company of a she-dog? This is unbefitting of an Arya. Your duty is like that of a father to his children. Your people look up to Ou for protection and guidance. But Ou are keeping the company of a street bitch and bringing defame to Our name, Our family, and the human race. Throw away Our selfish and degrading habits! Awaken from the coma of ignorance and hearken to the call of Our soul! You are Arya Putra, a son of God--be true to Our name and stand on Our own two feet like a man of God! Stop making excuses for Our selfish habits and leave these crutches of Our ego! You are not a four-legged animal--then why do Ou cuddle at the feet of this fallen mother, like a little puppy dog? Utishtha! Arise and be true to Our nature--follow Our Dharma like Our forefathers; polish and preserve Our character and become a shining gem in the crown of the Almighty."

Dayananda Saraswati died on October 31st , 1883.

IN OLDEN TIMES THE HINDUS NEITHER USED FOOTWEAR NOR DID THEY WEAR UNDERWEAR AS IT WAS CONSIDERED TABOO TO WEAR ANYTHING ON THE FEET EXCEPT KHARAVAS OR WOODEN SANDALS.
THEN IN 52 AD THOMAS CAME TO KERALA AND GOING AGAINST THE WISHES OF JESUS CHRIST CONNIVED WITH THE MUSLIMS WHO MADE LEATHER TO HELP CONVERT THE LOCAL POPULACE AS SLIPPERS WERE ALLOWED INSIDE CHURCHES AND THERE WERE NO BUYERS OF LEATHER FOOTWEAR EXCEPT THE MUSLIMS.
JESUS HAD TOLD HIM TO SPREAD CHRISTIANITY BUT WITH THE BURIAL MESSAGE OF "DUST TO DUST AND ASHES TO ASHES YOU SHALL BE"
CHRISTIANITY WAS AS PEACEFUL AND MUSICAL AS THE TORAH AS THE PURANAS AND AS SHIVA. BOTH THE BIBLE AND THE 18 PURANAS WERE WRITTEN ON SONGS SUNG IN PRAISE OF THE ALMIGHTY LORD AND THE REINCARNATION OR ADVENT OF GOD ON THIS EARTH TO SAVE MANKIND.THEY WERE BASED ON FOLKLORE WHICH WAS SUNG BY BARDS TO GIVE RELIGION AND VALUES TO THE LOCAL PEOPLE.
BUT DUE TO DOUBTING THOMAS'S DISOBEDIENCE OF CHRIST AND CONNIVANCE WITH THE MUSLIMS ,THE FIRST TO BE CONVERTED WERE THE COBBLERS WHO WANTED TO SELL MORE SHOES TO THE CHURCH GOERS .CHRISTAINITY AS A RELIGION WAS ADOPTED ONLY FOR ECNOMICAL REASONS AND OTHER PEOPLE ROPED IN .
THE MUSLIMS IMPOSED THE BURIAL PRINCIPLE IN LEIU OF THEIR HELP TO DOUBTING THOMAS AND WHAT WAS SO BLESSED AND PURE TOOK ON THE SEX,VIOLENCE AND HATRED PRINCIPLE OF DIVIDE AND RULE.AS WOMEN WERE TARGETED BY MUSLIMS AS THEY WERE UPHOLDERS OF RELIGION ,MEN WERE LURED BY RIPE HOT BODIES OF YOUNG WOMEN TO LURE THEM OFF RELIGION AND INTRODUCE SEX AND MUSLIM CONVERSION IN OLD AGE.THE CHRISTAINS WHO CONVERTED HELPED IN THIS AS MUSLIMS WERE THEIR ONLY SUPPORTERS IN A COUNTRY TOTALLY IMBUED WITH PASHU PATI SANATAN HINDUISM.THAT IS WHY PROTESTANT RELIGION WAS MORE IN INDIA AS MOTHERS WERE ANNIHILATED.
IN 1875 ARYA SAMAJ WAS INTRODUCED BY HEINOUS BRITAIN TO FURTHER KILL GOOD WOMEN SO THAT A HOUSE HOLD IS DEVOID OF HINDUISM,BUT THEIR REASONS WERE TOTALLY TO EXPLOIT THE COUNTRY AS HAS BEEN WRITTEN BY me PREVIOUSLY.
THE FACT REMAINS THAT THERE ARE MANY ATHEISTS WHO WOULD LOVE CHRISTIANITY AS THEIR RELIGION WITHOUT THE NEED TO CONVERT IF IT IS PRESENTED IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM OF KENNEDY.

MY FAMILY WAS STAYING AT 86/3 NARMADA ROAD SINCE MY GRANDFATHER MR.NATHU SHAH DHODY'S TIME.
BUT IN 1977 THE LAND LORD OF THE HOUSE ,MR.VERMA SOLD THE HOUSE TO A LOCAL SHOE MANUFACTURER CALLED SETHI IN CONNIVANCE WITH THE LAWYER STAYING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE CALLED MR.SAHANI ,WHOSE WIFE ALSO STRANGELY BELONGED TO DELHI.
HER NAME WAS SWARAJ AND WAS HIDEOUS LOOKING THIN WOMAN LIKE A POMERARIAN DOG AND QUEEN ELIZABETH OF ENGLAND .
I SUSPECT THAT MY FATHER'S DOWNFALL WAS BROUGHT ABOUT BY MY MOTHER WHO HAD HEINOUS CONNECTIONS IN DELHI ,AS ALSO WITH KALRA.
AFTER NARMADA ROAD HOUSE MY FATHER COULD NOT GET ANY HOUSE ON RENT IN JABALPUR EXCEPT FOR 1ST FLOOR OF AN ARYA SAMAJHI'S HOUSE CALLED DANI -A RIDICULE OF MY DAD'S ANCESTORS WHO HAD GIVEN THEIR LANDS TO THE BRITISH IN LEIU OF THE LAGAAN THEY USE TO LEVEL ON THE INNOCENT FARMERS IN MY ANCESTOR GUMANDA SINGH DHODY'S RIYASAT IN PAKISTAN.

ITS ADDRESS WAS 14/9 NAPIER TOWN OR CHOWDHA BATE 9 AND IN A COMPOUND BELONGING TO DR.BARAAT CALLED BARAAT COMPOUND OR TRANSLATED
MARRIAGE PROCESSION COMPOUND BUT OF A DOCTOR -PURE ARYA SAMAJ AND ARTICLE 370 EQUATION OF KILLER ARYA SAMAJ , MUKHERJEE NAGAR ,DELHI.
THE HOUSE BELONGED TO SAROJ DANI ,A VICIOUS LOCAL SOAP MANUFACTURER'S DAUGHTER WHO HAD HER HUSBAND LIVING AS A GHAR JAMAI -LA BUDDHA BARAAT OF TUITION CENTRES EXECUTIVE LIVING OFF THE YOUNG WOMEN'S EARNINGS.
SHE HAD NAMED HER SON HOOKI TO HANG THE POLICE AND ARMY PERSONNEL WORKING AGAINST THIS KHALISTANI ISLAMIC 1937 ARYA SAMAJ COMBOS FED WITH BANIA /JAIN MONEY.
HER BUDDHI LOOKING DAUGHTER BINDU WAS MARRIED TO PRAKASH PADUKONE'S WIFE'S BROTHER ,WHOSE DAUGHTER IS DEEPIKA PADUKONE -SHARUKH KHAN'S FLAME AND GAURI KHAN'S SOUTEN.

WHERE SHALL THE LOVER REST
Sir Walter Scott

See full-size image.

Where shall the lover rest
Whom the fates sever
From his true maiden's breast
Parted for ever?
Where, through groves deep and high
Sounds the far billow,
Where early violets die
Under the willow.
Eleu loro
Soft shall be his pillow.

There through the summer day
Cool streams are laving;
There, while the tempests sway,
Scarce are boughs waving;
There thy rest shalt thou take,
Parted for ever,
Never again to wake,
Never, O never!
Eleu loro
Never, O never!

Where shall the traitor rest,
He, the deceiver,
Who could win maiden's breast,
Ruin, and leave her?
In the lost battle,
Borne down by the flying,
Where mingles war's rattle
With groans of the dying;
Eleu loro
There shall he be lying.

Her wing shall the eagle flap
O'er the falsehearted;
His warm blood the wolf shall lap
Ere life be parted:
Shame and dishonour sit
By his grave ever;
Blessing shall hallow it
Never, O never!
Eleu loro
Never, O never!

Peter Paul Rubens , Flemish, 1577–1640

The Death of Adonis (with Venus, Cupid, and the Three Graces) , ca. 1614

Oil on canvas, 212 x 325 cm

Gift of Saul P. and Gayfryd Steinberg, New York, to American Friends of the Israel Museum

B00.0735

The Antwerp-based master Sir Peter Paul Rubens, considered to be the preeminent Flemish Baroque artist, was a diplomat as well as a painter, draftsman, and gentleman. His extensive travels in the service of princes and kings to the courts of Italy and Spain exposed him to the best of Renaissance painting, sculpture, and literature and acquainted him with two of the most illustrious painters of his time: Caravaggio and Velázquez.

This large composition, which combines a powerful tragic story with a daring composition, is typical of Rubens’s voluptuous style, developed after his return from his Italian sojourn during the first decade of the seventeenth century. It is a superb example of the work of this artist and homo universalis.

The painting’s famous mythological subject is based on the account of Adonis’s death in Ovid’s Metamorphoses. Rubens chose to depict the tragic moment when Venus discovers the body of her young, handsome lover after his fatal encounter with the wild boar that left him bleeding to death.

Combining Classical as well as Flemish stylistic motifs, the painting is full of pathos and passion. Rubens enhances the tragic scene with the presence of the three weeping Graces and the sobbing Cupid who, with the grieving Venus, replicate a Pietà scene. Only the unruffled dogs, standing to the right of the emotionally charged scene, hint that nature in its lush beauty continues along its normal course, oblivious to the grief of the loveliest among the goddesses.
